Confidentiality Policy
Everything you share with SENDwise is kept private and treated with respect.
Sometimes we may need to share information with schools or professionals to support your child, but we will always ask for your consent first.
The only exception is if we believe a child is at risk of harm – in that case, we have a duty to act to keep them safe.
Payment & Cancellation
We want payments to be clear and simple. All costs will be agreed with you before we start.
Invoices are due within 14 days, and receipts are always provided.
If you need to cancel, please give at least 48 hours' notice – otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply.
If SENDwise has to cancel, you won't be charged, and we'll rearrange as soon as possible.
GDPR Policy
At SENDwise, we take your privacy seriously. We only collect information that we need to support you and your child, and we keep it safe and secure.
We will never share your details without your permission, unless we are worried about a child's safety.
You have the right to see what information we hold about you at any time.
Safeguarding Policy
At SENDwise, keeping children and young people safe is our top priority.
We believe every child has the right to grow up in a safe and supportive environment.
We work with parents, schools, and professionals to make sure children's welfare always comes first.
If we ever have concerns about a child's safety, we will act quickly and responsibly. This may mean sharing information with the local authority or other professionals, but only when it is necessary to protect a child.
We handle all information sensitively, following data protection and confidentiality rules.
