We recently reached out to SENDwise for some support and advice on how to approach a conversation with our son's school regarding his support plan for his dyslexia, his upcoming SATS and the English writing tasks he was struggling with in class.
Keira was absolutely brilliant in her response and unbelievably helpful, she replied to our email with lots of helpful advice and support. Keira suggested writing to the school on our behalf as a starting point and offered to accompany us in person too.

We briefed Keira on the current situation and sent over copies of diagnostic reports and support plans, we weren't sure what to expect having had minimal support throughout our whole journey navigating the SEND system in the past but Keira was incredible!

She truly listened to our concerns and her knowledge on what adjustments should be in place and how to ask for them was invaluable to us, I'd sent multiple emails with no solution until I forwarded the letter from SENDwise, now our son has the reasonable adjustments he needs, and is entitled to, in place but most importantly he feels confident and secure in what is expected from him.
